Gillon McLachlan has today announced that the 2020 AFL Grand Final will be held in Brisbane at the GABBA on 24th October. This means that proceedings are now underway to decide on the entertainment for the day. 

This opens the door for Brisbane favourites Powderfinger to celebrate the 20th anniversary of fan favourite 'Odyssey Number Five' in style. Supportting them, Bugs who have spent the past year breaking out from the Brisbane scene to make a statement on the national stage and bring a loyal fanbase along to the party. Who better to have alongside these two Brisbane icons than another Brisbane local Thelma Plum fresh off a top ten finish in last year's Hottest 100 and a beautiful cover of Powderfinger's own 'These Days' earlier in 2020. What more could we ask for?
