According to the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate change apparently culling of 200 Nilgais and other wild life is justified because their population is ever increasing and they are 'a nuisance' for the farmers and should be given the status of 'vermins'? Ok, then according to this should we should start culling humans according to some stupid system because the ever exploding human population is actually the root cause of everything. 

Humans are ever encroaching lands more and more as the population increases and are taking away the land reserved for wild life. In such a situation if animals start coming out of their natural habitat, who's fault is it? 

The whole point of having a Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate change, is to ensure balance between humans and Wild life. It is a matter of great shame that the Government of India has appointed a butcher instead of a human being as a Minster for this dept. If this man is allowed to continue on this path, tomorrow he'll alloy chopping of trees and killing of other species because he does not have the courage or the brain to form a viable plan to sustain both.
