Today morning I woke up to a shocking and inhuman news of three puppies being burnt down alive in the prospering city of Hyderabad. Three guys who are reported to have been involved in the act, video recorded the entire incident and posted it on Facebook, which then went viral.

As seen in the video, the puppies were thrown into the fire and were watched till they were burnt completely. According to reports, no action has been taken against the murderers and the police is still trying to identify them. This incident comes few days after a guy flung a dog from a roof in Chennai. 

Atrocities against animals have increased in the past couple of years and due to inadequate laws there is no hope that it will reduce in the near future.

I, therefore urge the Animal Welfare Board and PETA to raise voice against this inhuman act and demand stringent actions against the murderers. Mere penalty and fine will just aggravate such cruel incidences. Severe punishment against such a heinous crime is what we demand.
