Increase penalty from ₹50/- to ₹5000/- for animal cruelty

Existing penalty for cutely against animal is mere ₹50/- and offenders escapes easily by paying this fine and his confidence is also boosted. We urge AWBI and Department of Animal Husbandry to increase this fine to ₹5000/- with jail for reparative offences.
