SPCA is a body which is mandatory is every city as per laws. Spca deals with animals rights,care, emergency services. As no there's no spca in etawah and local administration seems least interested to open it. They have made a team but is non functioning from 2 years with no building or any facilities which is not as per norms. Hundred's of animals dies in etawah because of lack of emergency services and awareness. There's no law and ordee for rights of animals. Butcher's kills cows without any fear they shoot ifanyone opposes.situation is critical. I request you all to please sign petition so that DM opens this in my city for welfare of animals
