I forgot to mention that a woman by the name of Linda Estrada runs the shelter in Chicago Ridge, IL. She also has some family members who work with her as well. The shelter itself is not the main problem, but the Estrada family who has neglected and possibly abused these animals and are getting paid a lot of money for it.
