Coillte, which is State owned, authorise various forests throughout Ireland to be used for Trophy hunting, hunting of Deer, Wild Mountain Goats, Hares, Rabbits, Foxes and Fowl.

Many of these Trophy hunters are from abroad, on hunting holidays organised by foreign companies. And these Companies are making huge money from bloodshed and Animal cruelty.

Many of these Hunters leave the designated hunting area and trespass on private land and Mountain sites.

This poses a threat to the Public, especially in Covid times when more and more Families are out walking in Forests and Mountain trekking. 

We are asking Quillte to withdraw any authorisation to use its forests.

If not, the Irish Party for Animal Rights and Environment will protest at these hunts and will place People in Forests to stop this cruel activity.

We don't want Kerry/West Cork or any part of Ireland used for Trophy hunting.

Ireland is known for its beauty, its beaches, mountains, hills, lakes and valleys.
