There is an urgent need for a pet/animal crematorium in Navi Mumbai. As the population of this city of the 21st century grows, so has the population of pet owners. Stray destitute animals have increased in population. Currently citizens of Navi Mumbai have to travel all the way to Parel ( Mumbai ) crematorium to bid a dignified farewell to their beloved pets. I urge the municipal corporation of Navi Mumbai ( NMMC) to identify a suitable site for a animal/pet crematorium within the precincts of any of its eight nodes. This will truly benefit  all animal lovers of Navi Mumbai…..Onwards in Serenity � @Rotarian Nitin Raikar
