Veterinary Emergency Group at 238 East Bears, in Tampa Florida, want money upfront before your pet is even seen!! What if you are on S.S, Social Security disability, can't get a credit card because you didn't get approved, have no money! Etc ? Your pet dies or is in pain!!  The only one that was close was this place in Tampa and this is what happened! I went in and nobody helped my pet, I screamed out and suddenly someone said a tech is on the way!! With techs laughing and giggling, not a care in the world! My pet Mota died in pain at Veterinary Emergency group because I had to get a care credit card FIRST ! They just waited until I got my card 7000 dollars which I didn't get so no operation? . If you have no money upfront they will not see your pet! I was told to take my pet home if I had no money!!!  What a joke!!! I ended up getting my credit card  but not 7000! After an hour they took  an ultrasound to see what was wrong with my pet! Come to find out her blood pressure was normal at first from a bill I got!! She would still be alive!!!! They took so long to find out what was wrong!  They even put her in a cage!! In pain!! Her blood pressure was declining because  I had to get my credit FIRST! They said she had sepsis! They knew she was going to die if it busted! Instead of operating her first they did the opposite!  Telling me lies, thinking she was going to live they kept on with more the tests??  More time! More money?? And declining in health as they took their time even more!! No pain meds till the end. Or did they give her pain meds?  They said they gave her pain medication but it was not true because my dog seized and shook in my lap before euthanasia! Which has left me devastated and thinking about what happened. They left her in this room with me and I had to scream to get a doctor to perform euthanasia on my pet!! You have to get someone's attention to help too!! It's not right that after 3 hours they told me she wouldn't live and do I want to do!! Really!! You can see her stomach from the ultrasound at first!!  They knew she wouldn't live if not operated!!!! She suffered all that time and all they cared about was money!!!!  Not an emergency hospitals!! The bad reviews of other people make me sick to my stomach seeing all the those bad reviews!! . No money upfront and your pet dies!! Something has to be done! These pet hospitals don't care about your pet!! You have to have  money upfront or your pet suffers!!!!! And it's a lot of money too they charge! All I wanted was my pet Mota to live and look they took their time!! Didn't care! I told the tech send me the bill when I first got there, "oh no we don't do that she said!" This place is not an Emergency PET HOSPITAL!!
