As of yesterday, we received the case decision from San Antonio's ACS. The pit bull that took our little Aysia, has been officially classified as a Level 3 Aggressive Animal. the owner is responsible to comply with the following, in order to keep the animal. 1. Microchip and Sterilize dog 2. Provide a SECURE enclosure for the home, if Dog is to go outside 3. Provide proof of a $100k liability property insurance policy 4. If dog is to be walked, Dog must have a muzzle 5. Proper sign placement, about animal being in home 7. Owner is responsible for any fees and well as expenses of the items above 6. If Dog and Owner comply, this A.A. Level 3 restriction may be removed after 3 years If we had a better tracking/monitoring system in place for all "aggressive breeds," then we wouldn't have to give up a sense of security for dangerous animals, in levels. While we are still at a loss and upset about the situation, we understand that this Dog's owner must comply or there will be a removal of the animal. We will continue to move forth with legal opportunity to continue to get Justice for Aysia!
