Kota Nagar nigam started very needed sterlisation in city but this program failed miserably because of poor quality stiches and dogs are being relocated from their area... Which is against supreme court guidelines.. Please sign and share as much as possible so that municipal officers and mayor will do something about this problem of our furry babies..
