Radio 4 want to cover the campaign and have asked me for an interview with Edward Sturton! This is very good news for getting the message out there that these rules do not meet the needs of grieving families. 

He is interviewing me on Saturday,  keep an eye on the petition for confirmation of when it will air.

Please remember to share if you have not, the more bereaved parents I speak to the more I am strengthened in my conviction that the CofE needs to seriously reconsider their stance on this.

I have been reflecting back on the funerals of Ellie Mae and Caleb and in particular the trauma of standing by the graveside as their bodies were lowered into the grave.  There is such a mix of emotions attached to their final resting place and being able to decorate it and remember them as they were alive has made it a place of joy that I love to visit rather than a reminder of two of the hardest days of my life. My mind goes easily from the bright, fun, colourful objects to the happiness they now experience in heaven and I can smile through the tears and thank God he is looking after them.
