Another brick wall! We hoped that we could speak to the Chancellor, but that's not looking likely. The argument on a national level seems to be, the rules are decided on local level; and then on a local level, that this is the rules all across the country. No-one seems to be taking responsibility for them and I certainly am not able it to talk to anyone who can do anything about them. Please continue to share, especially local people, in the hopes that someone somewhere does the right thing.

I have received some truly meaningful letters of support.  Thank you so much for taking the time to do this.  I am sending them on today to all the people involved.
