እንድትገነዘቡልን የምንፈልገው ነገር ቢኖር በጀርመን ሀገር ህግ መሰረት ጂጂ ኪያን እንከሳለን ነገር ግን ይህ ለፍርድ ውሳኔው ዋስትና አይሆንም:: ጂጂ ኪያ በጀርመን ህግ መሰረት እንከሳለን ልክ እንደ ማንኛውም የፍርድ ሂደትም, ለመተማመን ዋስትና መስጠት አንችልም:: ብቃት ያለው ጠበቃና ኣሳማኝ አሳማኝ ማስረጃዎችን እናቀርባለን:: ከብዙ በጥቂቱ ጂጂ ኪያ ሰውን በዘር በመከፋፈል በዘር ጥላቻ አንዱን ብሔር በሌላኛው ላይ የማነሳሳት ወንጀል በተግባር ፈጽማለች የወንጀል ሕገ-ደንብ ክፍል 1 (የጥላቻ ወንጀል) በክፍል 1 ውስጥ ተጠያቂነት ሊኖረው እንደሚችል ከህግ ባለሙያዎች ለማወቅ ችለናል . ይህ ደግሞ በጣም የከፋ ወንጀል በሚፈጠርባቸው ጊዜያት ከሦስት ወር እስከ አምስት ዓመት የእስራት ቅጣት ያስከትላል:: በተጨማሪም ፊርማዎን እና አስተያየቶቻችንን ለፍርድ ቤት አያይዘን እንልከዋለን ::

We have now reached almost 23,000 signatures. Your support and deep-felt commitments for this cause are very obvious and truly remarkable. It is time to act. We are now getting ready to launch a lawsuit on Gigi Kiya on German soil and are in the middle of translating documents and videos and employing a criminal lawyer. We are thus setting up this GOFUNDME page to give everyone a chance to contribute to this cause to pay for the legal expenses.

The management of your precious money will be handled by a committee of four people from Bridges Ethiopia who will account for each and every penny of the money raised. Any leftover money will be donated to a charitable organization to help Ethiopians or help other similar causes of bringing extremists to the law. Please be aware that while we are bringing a lawsuit on German soil, this does not guarantee a conviction. Gigi Kiya will be tried according to German Law, but like any trial, we cannot guarantee a conviction. We will hire the best possible lawyer and present the most convincing evidence. We do believe strongly and under advise of legal counsel that Gigi can be held accountable on the Volksverhetzung clauses (Incitement to Hatred) Section 1 of the Criminal Code, which can in worst offending cases carries a prison term of three months to five years. We will also submit your signatures and comments to the court of law. Encourage your friends to sign as we gather the funds to formally bring a case against Gigi Kiya. We thank you for your patience.
