We have not been able to raise the funds necessary to launch a lawsuit on Gigi Kiya on German soil. This is regrettable; those who spread hate speech should be held accountable.

We have thus decided to shut down the GoFundMe campaign and also this petition. Under legal counsel, we were under the impression that we had a strong case against Gigi, but it is a communal effort to launch and fund this lawsuit. A $1 dollar contribution (less than the price of chewing gum) from all of us who signed the petition could have moved the case forward and brought Gigi to the court of law.

For those who signed and contributed, we thank you. For those who contributed to the Gofundme campaign, we ask that you withdraw your money from the Gofundme account. The Gofundme account will remain open until all 6 contributors return their money to their account.
