Nearly everyday we see heartrending sights of poor horses, donkeys and buffeloes pulling tongas and carts overloaded with people, goods and bricks. On top of that the poor animals are whipped by their inhuman owners! Is it not high time we opened our eyes to the suffering of these animals . There should either be a strict weight limit or they should be banned . Anyone violating this law should be severly punished.
