Immigrants seeking a better life should not be isolated from family and detained indefinitely simply due to being undocumented.  Profiting from housing these ICE detainees is against our values, and solving Kankakee County's fiscal crisis on the backs of these individuals is bad policy that we demand an end to.  Stop expansion and end the practice of Kankakee County housing ICE detainees for profit in our detention centers.
