After much debate I decided to change the title of this petition. I think we need to shoot for change first. I am not backing down and the heat is still on this facility, but with that said they may be more receptive to our demands if we are not pushing for their closure. I hope this makes sense.

obviously if this doesn’t work, of course we can demand they get shut down. I still think the governor needs to open and investigation into not just this facility, but the other ones operated by the owner. You should not be able to own 10+ nursing homes with the majority of them failing. It’s wrong.
