The Issue
Fathers must receive 50/50 shared custody of their children automatically, from the start of ANY petition filed in Family Court.
Fathers must receive the means to defend themselves from false petitions. Through a venting process of ALL petitions to determine cause.
Fathers have the God given right to help with homework, cook dinner, play and spend real un molested time with their children.
free from text messages, bad mouthing and interfering co-parenting.
Enforcement of Court Orders by allowing the charge of a Parental interference NYS PENAL LAW 135.45 and 135.50
Fathers must stop being used as a bank roll for the State!
Stop undue collection of wages through the child support units.
place strict guidelines on who can use the enforcement unit.
1. Those in jail
2. those with no custody orders
3. those who are in arrears more than $5,000
4. Those who refuse parenting time
5. those who live outside jurisdiction.
place petitioners who lie on family offense probation.
Fathers are NOT part time parents, but full time paychecks.
NYS is destroying children by NOT applying the best interest standard and settling on consent orders from AFC’s and pro se petitioners!!!
Consent orders should NOT be allowed if one of the parties is pro se.
AFC shall reach out to EACH parent for an interview.
Fathers shall have his pre separation custody rights! Until proven otherwise!
and most importantly, NYS MUST implement a process to address PARENTAL ALIENATION!
It’s REAL, it’s ABUSE and happens MOST the time!
studies show over and over “it is natural for a child to want and crave a loving relationship with both parents”. The fact that there are 10 year olds out there telling AFC’s “I want to spend less time with dad” is proof this is real and being left unaddressed! It is child abuse! Judge Dollinger Monroe County Supreme Court Justice has already admitted this reality.
Fathers MUST not go broke fighting for what is already their Birth right! To be a father! To teach. To continue the Family line of traditions and history!
