Update: The Development Team is working on the submission of the plans and has been given a deadline of November 20, 2015. In order for the process to continue in a timely manner, it is imperative that plans be in place by December 1 , 2015. The School Board is working toward its remaining due diligence. It is unclear as to the status of the Trustee's legal opinion; we have received mixed messages in this regard. The legal meeting, in which all representatives from each party with their respective legal counsels need to attend, has not yet been scheduled. If this is doable leaders, "Let's get this done!"
