We are the parents of the Dr. Abhaya, who was the victim of the horrific rape & murder at the RG Kar Hospital on the 9th August 2024. Through this petition we want everyone to sign the petition who still wants the truth to come out and demand JUSTICE. Currently the main case of Rape & Murder is being heard at the High Court of Kolkata, but due to unknowing reasons delay in  giving the case date and unfair transfer of the case to multiple benches is happening by the Honuorable Judges of the High Court. Also we strongly condemn the poor & reluctant manner of investigation done by the highest investigating agency of our country,CBI in giving proper answers to our questions and also not filing of the "SUPPLIMENTARY CHARGESHEET" till date.
We request everyone in folded hands to Sign the Petition on a mass scale and also share it globally, so that the voices of common people who truely demand Justice for our Daughter reaches the right ears. Your one sign can bring the change in the society and the reminder that such crime never happens in future.
