Apparently there has been a guideline on the books at the cemeteries that states they can chose to allow flowers or not allow them. It is only a guideline and Heavenly Rest has now chosen to enforce it after over 100 years of it not being enforced. The more signatures we get and shares of the petition the better chance our voice will be heard and this guideline can be changed back to the way it was...allowing the artificial flowers in the vases.
