During a conference call on Monday with Andrew Fussner of the American Heart Association, he stated that, "the AHA is well aware of the community voice in that area, as I believe we [the charities] all are....that being said we still have a fiduciary duty to maximize our return while balancing the community desires."

The voice of the community is being heard but our work is not done!  Please ask those that you have shared the petition with to please share again with friends of theirs!
