PLEASE NOTE!  NEW NUMBERS TO CALL...!!  PHONE CALLS WORK!  SEE BELOW!

In an overwhelming show of support, nearly 1,000 people turned out for the Save the Farm Family Fall Festival at Wagon Wheel Farm on Saturday, October 5.  Music, Food, pumpkin painting, vendors, prizes, bounce houses, farm animals, fresh produce and nearly 650 people on hay rides made for an amazing day!  In addition to our community supporters, in attendance were Mayor Joseph Bucco and Trustee Paul Lang of Washingtonville, Town Board member Ken Newbold of Goshen, Board Candidates Phil Canterino and Zak Constantine of Goshen, and NY Senator Jen Metzger.  Straus newspaper writer Geri Corey was also in attendance.

The community has spoken and continues to sign the petition online at change.org and in writing at the Farm Stand and public events.  Meanwhile the response from the charities remains motionless.  At this point it seems disheartening that these organizations that pride themselves on giving to the community are now in the spotlight and not willing to act as the community as called them to.  The For Sale signs remain in place, and the farm properties continue to be shown by realtors with apparently no regard or reply to the public needs and desires.

Shortly, we will have the direct contact information for the Bishop assigned to Orange County and Cardinal Dolan at the Archdiocese of New York.  Please watch for this update.

***VERY EFFECTIVE***  PHONE CALLS WORK EVEN BETTER!  IF YOU ARE NEW TO CHANGE.ORG AND HAVE NOT CALLED THE CHARITIES DIRECTLY, PLEASE CALL!!!  Tell them to please put our community and environment first!  Call a new one each day if that is all you have time for!  If you could not get through in the past, PLEASE try again!  We thank you.  PLEASE CHECK THAT YOU HAVE CALLED THEM ALL!
