Lawless family courts are unconstitutional. The State Actors act under the color of law and enforce state laws that  infringe on our Childrens and our right to free association with family. "WE THE PEOPLE" have to start standing up for our rights. This is all over the United States and yet no relief has been provided. I believe they need to have these courtrooms under servalince. Louisiana state family laws and The Best Intrest Of The Child needs to be abolished. Unless, it's made mandatory for fitness hearings to be the first step. It's clear the entire family law process is unconstitutional. It's a severe deprivation of our fundamental rights our God Given Rights. No fit parent should have to endure the pain they feel for their child when they cannot protect them. Every single preceding in family court rooms need a Jury trial or supervision through video surveillance and open courtrooms. Allowing judges to have no check and balance is unconstitutional. They then have the power to be judge, jury, and executioner to us being in our children's lives. Without any repercussions when they clearly are in contempt of court.  This system is not what the framers of the Constitution intended.  Allowing our GOD GIVEN RIGHTS to continue to be infringed upon using  the best intrest of the children has to stop. No one but us as individuals United together can stop this system from continuing to ruin our children and our America. There are many studies showing what type of mental health issues can come from this. Most of the time they are giving the children to the abusers and making them Heros.

Judges are not God they did not give us life. They do not own us. How has this been allowed for so many years. This situation causes detrimental effects on The Mental Health of the child, parent, siblings, grandparents, and all family or friends attached to the family. Every single lawyer and judge should be removed from family law and work in a diffrent area of the law or disbared indefinitely. If we can unite for change there is always a remedy.  Please help me fight for justice for our children and their futures.
