Since I initiated this petition, the BACP has continued to claim that their actions are not discriminatory. I disagree, citing various reasons supported by research and the widespread use of video consultations across multiple professions. Despite substantial evidence backing my request for reasonable adjustments as a legitimate solution, the BACP has not yet proposed an acceptable settlement. This issue may now need to be resolved by a court, as I am unlikely to complete my course due to direct discrimination stemming from their failure to provide reasonable adjustments. (s) 15 The Equality Act 2010. Please support me by signing and sharing this petition.
