The Honorable Judge Zurn made a court order requiring Amc theaters to mail postcards to all AMC stock shareholders by May 24, 2023 to let them know they can object and opt out, of a settlement lawsuit effecting shareholders. Many shareholders got the postcard after May 24th and were not given enough time to object and Opt Out of the settlement that many believe to be an awful deal for shareholders. We only had until May 31,2023 to send an email objecting and opting out. Stocks and Crypto plays on YouTube did a poll and 1,600 people responded and of those 88% said they received their postcard either late or not at all! These are the results:

12% On time

46% said it was late

42% never received it! 

Therefor I’ve created this poll for the AMC share holders to sign a petition for the honorable Judge Zurn requesting more time to object and opt out of the settlement and we also request the judge rules APE preferred equity units as illegally issued and should not of had voting power in the vote to do a 10:1 reverse split and allowing ape to be converted into amc. These actions would profoundly hurt amc shareholders economically and only help Adam Aron and the hedge fund buddies he colluded with Antara Capital.
