Millions of delivery drivers around the world are suffering from your horrible working conditions, from men having to pee in bottles, women having to hold their pee and possibly getting an UTI, unsanitary working conditions during these hard times especially COVID 19. Every day a worker at EVERY Fulfillment center has contracted COVID 19 and has possibly spreading it to loved ones due to the “If you call out more than three times you will be fired method”.
Delivery Drivers dont have time to eat or take breaks due to your insane logarithms where drivers can deliver 30+ packages an hour. Lets not forget about the FLEX app we are forced to used that is crappy and buggy. Also we have insane work loads to the point where you guys work us as robots, 360 packages 200 stops thats insane and not right, How can you expect workers to take their “mandated” breaks without having to work through them. Lets also talk about MENTOR, this app is stupid, we basically can lose our job by slamming on brakes when pedestrians walk across the street without paying attention, or road ragers who simply are not paying attention.

Drivers get assaulted in big cities and get sent back there next day with no concern of safety. Now, by the end of march millions of the amazon branded vehicles you guys will see on the roads will have these AI equipped cameras installed called Netradyne, the camera has one road facing camera, two side cameras, and one CABIN camera, this is an invasion of privacy and unfair, the cabin camera will pick up on your facial features and you will get in trouble for making the wrong faces, even for yawning. This is not right and unconstitutional. We are asking for the millions of people in the world for once to think about the horrible working conditions that you guys were not aware of and help this issue get noticed by the right people.
