Amazon has heard from many of you -- and your calls, your advocacy, your perseverance, and your hard work are making a huge difference!  Within a week, one of Amazon's least expensive, most popular, and most available paw traps, "XtremePowerUS Dog Proof Raccoon Leg Trap,"  is now listed as being "out of stock," with no information about when they might be back in supply.  However, other paw traps remain actively listed, including the "ZTRAPS Dog Proof Raccoon Trap," the "FPS DP Dog Proof Raccoon Trap," the "Duke Traps 0510 Powder Coated Dog Proof Raccoon Trap," and the "PCS Outdoors Deluxe Raccoon Trapping Starter Kit."  We need to keep pressing, hard, until we get a formal promise from Jeff Bezos and Amazon that they agree to stop selling paw traps, nationwide, once and for all.  I ask of you all, please share this petition as far and wide as you can so we can keep the momentum going.  Most of the countries in Europe, and many other countries around the world, have already banned the sale and use of paw traps.  It is well past time to ban the sale and use of paw traps in the United States, on a Federal level, as well.  Once the next U.S. Congress is sworn in and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are inaugurated, let us work together to convince our leaders to do as much as they can, in every way that they can, for as long as it takes, to ban the sale and use of cruel, diabolical, and inhumane paw traps nationwide. Working together, we can make this happen.
