If you order something from Amazon.com chances are your item will be shipped by USPS and there lies the problem. USPS loses packages and it is almost impossible to win a claim with them. The tracking system never updates on time, or shows delivered when they still have the packages in their warehouse, specially in zip code 33166.

I am not saying AMAZON, STOP USING USPS COMPLETELY! , just let us choose the carrier, even if it costs more.
