You've all been there: eagerly waiting for a package, most likely you're even home. From your window you can probably see the delivery van if it pulls up. 

That probably turns into a big IF, because your package is in the hands of OnTrac a company that delivers same-day and two-day shipping for most of Amazon's products. 

...and you've missed your package, even though you've been home all day waiting for it, because the driver never came by but said a delivery was attempted. After all, you've been watching. Waiting. Worse, it says it has been delivered but it clearly hasn't been.  

You take to the forums only to discover that many honest users have posted complaint after complaint and, yet, Amazon does nothing to address this inexcusable problem. They could care less. Well, sign this petition to help it go viral! Sign this petition and pass it on to force Amazon to respond to their customer's concerns and re-think their relationship with OnTrac. 

This petition's goal? To ultimately force Amazon to listen to their customers and to break any and all contractual obligation with OnTrac; to get rid of them and completely stop using them as a delivery service. Turn your rage into action.
