I have been a victim of false allegations several times, yet I have still managed to gain full custody of my daughter. These false allegations against me have escalated to the point of a fabricated rape case, orchestrated between a daughter and her mother in an attempt to take a house. Every time my child’s mother gets upset, DCFS shows up the next day with claims that I beat, abandoned, touched, used drugs around, or abused my daughter in some way.

Victims like myself should have the right to immediately obtain the name of the individual who made these false reports once an investigation proves them unfounded. This would allow us to initiate cost-free criminal felony cases against these false reporters under local perjury laws. It is crucial for our justice system to protect innocent individuals from malicious accusations and ensure that resources are allocated towards genuine cases.
