Allow unsigned apps on Android Auto for Android 14

The issue

Google currently restricts the use of modified apps on their Android Auto platform. If an originally compatible app is changed in any way, this changes the signature therefore not allowing this previously compatible app to be usable in Android Auto. Even with the "unknown sources" toggle enabled as of Android 14 the modified apps still will not show up in Android Auto. This could previously be achieved via KingInstaller. This however, isn't possible anymore. This limitation hinders potential customization for users who want more control over their in-car apps. By implementing a toggle in the Android Auto developer options to allow unsigned apps, Google can create a more versatile ecosystem filled with creativity from the community.
