My son's service dog was killed right  on the corner of south 7th street and  east Virginia street  in San Jose , CA.  right t by the 280 fwy over pass.                   In a span of 45 days, me and my son have managed to transform this  area into a beautiful, community memorial garden. despite our hardships, we have contributed to the environment by removing tons of garbage and planting a total of 130 trees, bushes, palm trees, plants, and flowers. It is indeed proof that even in adversity, we can still help in making the world a slightly better place.

 This memorial garden is a  symbol of hope,  and respect for what we lost. I plead for the right to maintain this garden , me and my son promise to maintain and take good care of it , this place really means a lot to us .

However, we must urgently address the lack of action on our heinous victimization experiences that largely influenced our present circumstances. It is necessary to compel local authorities to bring justice to the crimes we have sadly fallen prey to. 

We beseech sympathetic hearts to sign this petition; allowing us to continue residing on this state property until permanent, stable housing is available to us, we implore. Let's also urge the local authorities to enforce justice promptly and efficiently to prevent a recurrence of such unfortunate events in the future. Kindly offer us an opportunity to live a dignified life, while we patiently work towards securing a better future. Please sign this petition and assist in uplifting our voices. 

Testimony:

My best friend and loyal service dog  Nacho was killed by jhonatan woods,  a person who came to love to the house of my ex landlord and formal employer that I was working for 7 years . Jhonatan woods threatened to kill my service dog in multiple occasions,  he also chased my son Alejandro maruyama with knife,  and another occasion he chased him threatening him with brassnuckles,  he also threatened to kill me and our other dog. So my son Alejandro now it's traumatized, doe to all the times that jhonatan woods threatened him. The courts sistem decide that they will not allowed me to testify on the trial. Even though I was the principal witness of the case , despite all the evidence I have against him ,including a video where he confess that he had killed my service dog and he told me on the same video he will kill each member of my family.  The district attorney: Vietnam Nguyen  not only prevent me from testifying but he also ignored all of my witnesses testimony and dismissed the charges and close the case .  There is hundreds of people who came to Nachos memorial this past November 2nd and expressed to me their support and we all want justice For nacho and for my family. We are demanding that jhonatan woods pay for the crimes he commit.
