Allow Sisu Clothing Co. To Use 'Captain Planet' With Environmental Education

The Issue

My name is Katie Arppe and I am a 30 year old fashion entrepreneur who has been creating a sustainable apparel e-commerce brand, based in Atlanta, Georgia.

I was born in 1994 and firsthand witnessed the beauty and the power of cartoons in the 1990's and beyond.

I was particularly moved by 'Captain Planet', and unbeknownst to me, I have been living that TV show in my real, adult life.

I have been working on many marketing strategies, but none really do my mission some justice.

I figure, hey, what better way to reach the Millennials and Gen Z than some tradition.

I am proposing to be granted approval to use 'Captain Planet' as a marketing tool to spread awareness and educate our generation once more on the importance of working together and helping our earth, through the fashion media format. I also propose there to be no legal retaliation for our usage of these cherished TV shows. As long as we are going about things healthily and with the greater good in mind.

Thank you for reading this. I will go about this appropriately & legally, but I figured there's power in numbers and they shouldn't say no to all of us.

I would also like to use this potential opportunity to do right by all the work Ted Turner did for my community and our world. I'd like to "grab the baton" and bring him some justice because he really did a lot for us 90's kids. I'd like to bring him some of the healing he soothed us with.

Thank you!
