Growing up, I always valued having my own space to foster independence and creativity. Now, as an adult in Avon, OH, I want to build a she shed on my land for the same reasons. She sheds provide a personal retreat and can significantly enhance mental well-being by offering a dedicated space for hobbies and relaxation.

Currently, local zoning laws restrict the construction of such structures on private property. This petition seeks to amend these regulations to allow residents the freedom to build she sheds without unnecessary red tape.
