When  people with a disabilities or multiple disabilities come first, second, or third they are unable to reach the podium or struggle to reach the podium because there is no accessible ramp, just steps. 

If there is a ramp people with disabilities will be able to get up on the podium like everyone else and celebrate their success like everybody else. If there is no ramp the people with disabilities will have to go in front of the podium.

Through this action the NSW government can build a ramp for the people with disabilities get on the top of the podium. The people with disabilities can then feel more included.
