The Issue

I am reaching out to seek your support for a deeply personal and urgent matter regarding our family home at 31 Oldchurch Avenue, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. This house, my mother's home, has been an integral part of our family history for many years. It holds countless memories and represents a safe haven for our family, and I am deeply committed to keeping it within the family.

Currently, unfortunately, I am not residing in the family home due to existing residential regulations by the South Dublin County Council. The intention of this petition is to appeal to the council for the opportunity to become a resident at 31 Oldchurch Avenue once again. This house is not just a building; it is a crucial part of my family's heritage and emotional well-being.

Maintaining continuity in our family home is vital not just for me but for my entire family. The stress and displacement caused by this situation have been challenging for us all. We believe that allowing me to reside at 31 Oldchurch Avenue with my children  is a reasonable request that would not have any negative impact on the community or neighborhood.

We are seeking a compassionate review and assistance from the South Dublin County Council to facilitate this residential arrangement. Our community in Clondalkin values family unity and preserving familial homes, and your support in this case can help us achieve just that.

we have already lost our mother please don’t let us loose what we have left of her and our memories

Each signature on this petition strengthens our voice and brings us closer to realizing the dream of reuniting with our family home. Please sign this petition to support our request for maintaining our family legacy and emotional bonds at 31 Oldchurch Avenue. Your support is crucial and deeply appreciated.
