Marijuana is legal now in 23 states and Washington DC, yet Facebook continues to take down pages for these legal, regulated businesses. Social Media is the primary way these businesses communicate with their customers due to federal regulations that prohibit TV and radio advertising and limit print media, so they need this channel. These are small, tax-paying businesses that want to succeed and want to bring tax money to their states.

Please sign this petition to demand that Facebook and Instagram update their Community Standards and Advertising Guidelines to allow licensed, regulated, marijuana businesses to have a Facebook presence. The voters of the United States have spoken and Facebook needs to support their customers just as the legal marijuana industry does theirs.
