Support continues for Paw Behaviour Pet Education Classes to return to Carrum!  It's been over 12 months since Kingston Council terminated our Hall Hire, ending 25 years of Puppy Classes & training to support families raising family pets, therapy dogs and medical support dogs!  Free mentorship for students undertaking Animal Studies at TAFE also ended!

Carrum Community Hall sits empty on Saturday mornings!  Why can't the hall be made available for classes that benefited so many for so long - 25 years without one complaint!  It's been sitting empty on Saturday morning since my last class in March.  That's not ideal use of a Community Resource!

It's hard to turn away from something that won't go away!  Every day I'm called by clients wanting to attend group classes.  People stop me at the dog park or in the street and ask "have you got the hall back yet?"  No, I haven't & unfortunately there is no other venue in the area available for hire.

The demand for quality Family Pet Education grows as the general public is becoming more discerning about the training they choose for their new puppy.  No longer are outdated harmful methods, delivered by amateurs the norm.  People want choice & they want the best for their new family member - the puppy they've waited for & spent a small fortune on.  People deserve to have a choice, available in their community!

Delta Qualified Cert IV Dog Trainers can offer an obedience test as prescribed by the Victorian State Government. This test & certificate gives opportunity for discounted council pet registration.  Councils advertise this, but there is nowhere for us to run classes!  How silly is that?

Thank you immensely for your support of the work I do.  I've put my heart & soul into delivering force & fear free animal training methods.  These are methods that not only work, but are safe for all the family to use.  They are methods recommended by the RSPCA and Australian Veterinary Association, local vets & animal humane societies across the world.

If you would like to see the Carrum Community Hall vibrant again on Saturday morning with the fun & laughter that was our Super Puppy Classes, write to Kingston Council, your Local Councillor, your Local MP and keep sharing the Petition.  Here's hoping common sense will prevail & return much needed Family Pet Education Classes to Carrum.

My sincere thanks to all of you!
