Sydney I need your help & your signatures!!

You may have noticed that I have not been busking down at the Rainbow in Coogee for the past couple of months. Sadly the Randwick council sent me an email, and advised that I have to stop, otherwise I will be fined. They are not allowing any amplification or PAs down at the rainbow, which is why I haven’t been busking down there for the past few months.

I haven’t had any luck in trying to have a conversation about permits for that area.. So please sign the petition, share this with your friends, tag the council, or even send them an email saying you’d like this looked at ASAP to council@randwick.nsw.gov.au. If anyone has any contacts in there, please let me know & send me an email davidmccrediemusic@gmail.com

This is such a great shame for the community. Personally I’ve had the time of my life busking down there over the past 12 months, creating such a beautiful community & I’ve met so many new friends. However it’s not just me, many other musicians play down there & I think it’s perfect for music / live performances. Let’s see it together, we can change this & make a way for amplified entertainment for this summer!
