17 year old Black youth Antwon Rose, Jr was shot and killed by an East Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania police officer. He was unarmed and shot three (3) times in the back while fleeing a car. A bystander captured the footage of this execution by cop. East Pittsburgh PD is one of over a hundred (100) police departments throughout Allegheny County which has no system for receiving, documenting, processing and/or adjudicating civilian complaints of police misconduct and abuse. The people need a county-wide civilian/police review board!!!
