Legal Zoom wrongfully sent a quit deed to Kristine Sharpie Ryan(White Woman in Delaware),who happens to exwife of Anna Ryan(Black Woman in Delaware)’s Deceased husband. Legal Zoom has refused to honor the promise and a burning contract between Anna Ryan(Alive black woman) and Timothy D Ryan(died 2016) up to this date. Anna has made multiple attempts to request that the original quit claim deed be delivered to Anna Ryan( rightful hier) but Legal Zoom LLP who was paid by Tim and Anna, refuses to comply while supporting false claim home belongs to a white woman, Kristine Ryan, Anna’s late husband’s exwife. Racial injustice is at play. We must hold Legal Zoom accountable for its racial injustice against Anna Ryan, so it must surrender and honor the contract situation was signed before Tim died, to have transfer of property to Tim and Anna, in its entirety. Kristine continues to hold on to the already signed and notorized quit deed, even though she has never and never pays a penny towards the property which she claims she owns. Systemic Racism and injustice is at play in Delaware Justice system. Demand and sign petition for the wrong to be corrected by Legalzoom, Kristine and state of Delaware. Delaware Court Systems are racist, change is needed.
