I was tipped off by a good friend who is also a member of this group and that I might be able to get help here to find my daughter.
In 2018, my daughter was abducted by her mother. traveled with our common child to the United States and settled there permanently, married an American war veteran and obtained American citizenship.
I have not seen my daughter since they left. We have shared parental responsibility. I had regular contact, but often mother sabotaged contact.

Just before they left, I had my daughter for two months, because Mathea`s mother was on vacation with friends. We had two incredibly cozy months together. I have two daughters, with two different mothers. My oldest daughter has been abducted. was so happy to be a big sister for the first time, and the children had a very strong sisterhood.
The last thing my oldest daughter said to me was Dad, I do not want to move with Mom to the United States.

Just before they left, the child's mother received a number of reports of concern that kindergartens had sent to the child welfare service. The reports of concern were about the mother's failure to care. The child often brought food in her hair, holey clothes, and grandmother picked up more often in the nursery than the mother herself did. moved with up to several times around the district. Changed kindergarten five times in three years. The kindergartens were also very worried that mother would take to the United States and settle there. My daughter was three years old at the time. spoke very poorly and not always as easily and understandingly. It also worried the kindergarten and child welfare. The kindergarten wanted to go to a speech therapist, which I as a father agreed on, for the best for . Mother did not want this, thought did not need it.

The mother of the child received a clear message from the child welfare service that could not move abroad. Because needed help here and here in Norway, her whole family, friends and a safe environment. Mother promised child welfare and not move to the United States. But after the child welfare service dropped the cases against mother, escaped the country with our common daughter.

Has been in contact with embassies, child welfare, police, lawyers. But no one helps me to get my dear daughter home to Norway.

In 2018-2019, and her mother lived in Kansas, in 2020 they moved to Hawaii, Honolulu. I do not know if they live there now. But do you have any advice, or do you know someone down there who might know where they are ?.

It has been a hard fight, but I will fight to get my daughter home to Norway.

My other daughter also misses her sister incredibly much.

 

Like me, a significant number parents have been alienated to there children by ex partners. My ex partner is denying all contact with my 7 year old girl . As my ex is refusing to communicate on the matter and refusing to provide a reason why, I have been trying to see my daughter through the correct means which is through court. I was going to go to trial to see my daughter. Me and my lawyer stamped mother on trial.

As received several messages of concern that kindergartens sent to the child welfare services in Time municipality, in a place Bryne and in Stavanger located in Rogaland county. Now my daughter and her mother live somewhere in the United States, but I don't know where. The last place they lived was HAWAII, HONOLULU.

They moved permanently to the US in 2018 and I haven't seen my daughter since 2018. In 2020, I was sued by my ex,(mother). My ex demanded all custody so could get a new passport for our joint daughter. The Child Welfare Service in Norway told me that I never had to sign it, because then I would never see my daughter again. It's like waiving all of . I refused and re-signed my passport, I refused to give my ex all custody myself. After many months, I signed a passport for to come back to Norway, Norwegian passport. The Child Welfare Service told me never to sign that my ex for all custody alone. I didn't either, I never signed it. We have joint custody now, as the paper says. Fortunately.

But I will fight to connect with my daughter. A child needs both parents - even after a breakup!  

A LITTLE ABOUT THE STORY BEFORE MY DAUGHTHER WAS ABDUCTED BY HER BIOLOGICAL MOTHER! (2018)

The child welfare service was in the picture with the mother of the child after several reports of concern about neglect of the mother, the reports of concern were sent by the kindergarten. I also reported the mother of the child to the police for gross false accusations and accusations concerning sexual abuse and violence against my daughter, which the mother of the child lied about, and said that I was doing something, something that has NEVER happened. The reports were dropped by the police due to poor capacity. I had all the evidence, but the review was still dropped. I warned the child welfare service that the mother of the child would move / escape if the reports of concern were dropped. Something I was right about - the reports of concern from the child welfare service were dropped, but received a warning from child welfare that should make a stable home for the child and settle in Stavanger, something the mother promised children welfare and also said that had got a kindergarten place for the child in Stavanger - everything was a lie from her (mothers/ex) side. Right after the reports of concern were dropped, the mother of the child (ex) moved with our joint child to the USA in violation of the child welfare service and me as a father. I did not even get to know that they had settled abroad, I read that via social media. Mother of (my ex) has blocked and deleted me and my family on all social media, changed phone number and first name. Are you really allowed and it should be so easy to live on the run without being caught. A little girl of 4 years, my firstborn daughter to be taken away from her father, her little sister, and the rest of her family here in Norway. Her mother has moved with her to the United States against my will. made me sign something last year 2017, and it turns out that it was an empty move notice. The child welfare service has been in the picture and there promised to stay in Norway. Now has moved anyway, and taken with her. We have tried to contact everything that can be contacted, but right now it is the case that has moved permanently. This hurts us all, and we will never accept it. I believe that none of this is legal .. I have been in contact with the child welfare, police, embassy, ​​newspapers and miscellaneous. But no one will help - no one will help a worried father who has fought all the way for his 4-year-old daughter. None of us have met the child in SEVERAL YEARS. 

Something needs to be done about this!

Sign if you agree that the system in Norway has failed, I mean it is not in the child's best interests to be taken away from the environment, family and friends. We do not know when we will see (the child) again, and it hurts. As there is understandably many factors to determine equal and shared parenting, it is mostly and in near all cases mothers who are awarded most child contact time and in some cases 100% child contact. The courts dont always need to justify a reason for there decisions other than, a mother is presumed a better loving parent.

Courts sometimes get it right but in a lot of cases we believe they do not. It is acceptable by the courts for excuses to be made by the alienator without any evidence to stop child contact. Examples can include "effecting the child's routine" however the only person who actually effects this is the alienating parent in the first instance. Other excuses used such as "the child is stressed while in the care of the alienated parent" etc. 

We want to stop this form of child abuse and tighten the laws which enable bias decisions be made to allow contact denial or award significantly less child contact time with the alienated parent.  Children deserve the right to be loved by both parents and have both parents in the child's life. Children suffer abuse by parents who stop and deny child contact. 

We want equal parenting and a law which abides by this.
