With borders being opened again, many have started booking flights with unfortunately, Airasia, an airline that was almost declared bankrupt.

Their SOP currently is to keep cancelling flights which they have opened for bookings and received money for in an attempt to fill their flights before taking off.

With many having prepaid for their non-flight travel expenses, much money has been lost due to these cancellations and reschedules. Most have not been refunded or have had to jump thru many hurdles before they can even receive a portion of what they paid for their flight. 

When you factor in the losses from non-flight travel expenses together with flight expenses, it is only fair that Airasia should be responsible for ALL these losses.

This petition is to bring together everyone who has grievances against Airasia and would like to join in for a class action suit to be fairly compensated for their losses.

If you currently have a booking with Airasia, just monitor the seat capacity and note down how many times your flight is cancelled if it is not close to full.
