I, Gregory Bell, the petitioner, seeks to have White Supremacist and Legal Shyster, Daniel Bornstein, Esq. immediately banned by from representing clients at the San Francisco Rent Board currently and permanently, due to his blatant written lie, in the face of irrefutable evidence, that his client,  Gaetani Real Estate manager, Noel Radcliffe, did not libel the African Man, Gregory Bell, in his own hand writing, in a memo to the San Francisco Rent Board, on stationary from the office of Lawyer/Liar, Daniel Bornstein.

The letter following this paragraph is addressed by me, Gregory Bell, to the World and lists reasons why the San Francisco Rent Board should ban White Supremacist and Legal Shyster, Daniel Bornstein, Esq., from practicing law there, according to its own rules on fraud. For example, the lies of Bornstein and his client, Noel Radcliffe, in this time of political and racial unrest and instability are "Lynch-Inviting Karen Lies" that could get an African American Man like me killed. Dear family, friends, and supporters,

Today I'm writing to share my concerns/protest regarding the San Francisco Rent Board's dismissing case #E2011193 involving Gaetani Real Estate's fraud and abuse towards Elder Gregory Bell.
 
Having already shown itself as freely and blatantly dishonest by dismissing case # E2011193 without providing Elder Bell any sound explanation as to why, especially since it strongly urged him to initiate the case. After my completion of the forms the Rent Board sent to me via the U.S.P.S., the rent board counselor who sent them even proofread them with me by phone so that he could mail them back error-free to start the case immediately.  

Now the San Francisco Rent Board is adding insult to injury by allowing the same White Supremacist and Legal Shyster, Daniel Bornstein, Esq., who’s already proven himself to be a fraud, just like his client, Noel Radcliffe, to represent liar and elder abuser, Noel Radcliffe, again in a current and related  case # T220828 that also involves illegal check issues on the part of Gaetani.
 
Specifically, after you, the San Francisco Rent Board, called out Gaetani Real Estate for Noel Radcliffe’s “Five Letters of Lynch-Inviting Karen Lies," in which he insists Elder Bell bounced check #3000, and that Bell issue him a replacement check without him returning the original to Bell, or showing proof from Bell's bank it bounced.  In response, Gaetani’s attorney, White Supremacist and Legal Shyster, Daniel Bornstein, Esq., added his own letter lies as a stool in the crown atop Noel Radcliffe’s already-accumulated five-stack of bull crap.  Specifically, in his correspondence to the Rent Board dated 3/11/2021, Bornstein not only lies that Gaetan/Noel Radcliffe, never wrote to Mr. Bell that check # 3000 bounced, but also, shamelessly, repeats the exact reasoning that Elder Bell offered to Radcliffe as to why he wanted check # 3000 returned to him for corrections: "because its, dollar amount, indicated numerically, did not match its written amount when, in truth, it was the other way around."  

San Francisco Rent Board, shouldn’t you have already banned White Supremacist and Legal Shyster, Daniel Bornstein, Esq., from any further professional involvement with your institution because of his written lies and fraud against the racially vulnerable African American Man, Gregory Bell, before reporting his fraud to the San Francisco and California Bar Associations?
 
And if you don’t, are all of you San Francisco Rent Board lawyers, then, shysters, too, culpable of aiding and abetting, not just one, but two criminal frauds, Gaetani’s liar, elder abuser, and white supremacist, Noel Radcliffe, and his equally low-life, white supremacist and legal shyster, attorney Daniel Bornstein?
 
Now that, you, the San Francisco Rent Board, has allowed Shyster Daniel Bornstein, whose publicly proven that he, too, is a fraud, on the stage of the San Francisco Rent Board, of all places, to return as the legal representative for his equal in crime, White Supremacist Noel Radcliffe, a greater pall of doubt regarding racial equality continues thickening around the Frisco Slick  Rent Board and the integrity of you jokers who work there.

It feels as if the San Francisco Rent Board, Gaetani Real Estate and shyster Bornstein decided amongst themselves:  Respond to his allegations any way you want, because that Nigger Bell and his people can't read or write past the letter "X" no way.

San Francisco Rent Board, shouldn’t you have already banned White Supremacist and Legal Shyster, Daniel Bornstein, Esq., from any further professional involvement with your institution because of his written lies and fraud against the racially vulnerable African American Man, Gregory Bell,  before reporting his fraud the San Francisco and California Bar Associations?
