Hello. My name is David. In 2004 I had a baseball accident, a head on collision. I had an implant as you see in the profile picture.  I didn't know the implant can radiate or transmit signals, I just needed my jaw back into place. 

Signing accelerates the Government to act swiftly to put laws in to place that mandates the FDA to have an emissions report that a surgeon can provide a patient prior to surgery.  

Artificial intelligence emits various levels of radiation/emissions. The FDA needs to distinguish the identity of medical implants and medical implants with artificial intelligence capabilities. The proposed report would solve that problem. 

The emission levels should be a stepping stone on how we move forward with artificial intelligence and with anything that goes inside the human body.

This is where it all begins. 

I am trying to provide in gooth faith a resolution to both my situation and the greater good.

In hindsight the backstory: 

I was in electric shock for 3 days in Clearwater, summer 2017. I felt helpless and couldn't fathom the frequency piercing my implant. I was also in the middle of a sizable commercial real estate deal. It went under. I was having long talks on the phone with my mom, I came to the conclusion that I need to relocate back to my home town Atlanta.  Important time and date and for how this catastrophe plays out. 

I had cancer due to a medical implant in 2018. The profile picture is my XRAY from Kaiser Permanente.  

Federal Court Claims were submited in 2018 and again submited in late 2019.  Federal courts in response to both claims treat Frequency/Ai irregularities/capabilities as classified information.  No Ai laws were in place to safeguard me!

Thank God the cancer hasn't spread.  The cancer was directly correlated to my invasive medical implant. An emotional journey that I embrace to find a resolution. The FDA deals with medical implants and artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence has radio frequency emissions. YIKES!

Evidence is clear. Approved to campaign. Test confirmation after test confirmation I have been a victim of product liability, cruel and unusual punishment, and negligence. I am not a lawyer, radio frequency engineer, or diplomat. I do have a lot evidence. The petition would also put a emergency declaration for me into place.  

My/our case/petition would in addition declassify artificial intelligence pertaining to medical implants.  

The FDA does not provide an emissions/radiation report on their testing of invasive medical implants. There is no record or side effects that medical implants can impose a threat to your body.

We are going to take this petition to the White House to work alongside the proposed White House Ai Bill of Rights.

I was a target of an attempted homicide on September 11th, 2021 in Washington DC while trying to get public safety assistance for this matter.  
I had a gun pointed in my direction. 
I had a decision to make, I ran as fast as I could and there was a bus that separated me from the attacker. 
I did get to police in time and I am currently going to court on this matter, appropriate officials are investigating the situation.   
This was God's way I guess of putting a FIRE under me to get this campaign going!
