To the AHRMA Trustees, Staff and Members,

We, as members of the AHRMA road racing community, are writing this petition to express our profound concern about the recent changes to multiple elements of our organization and strongly request the resignation of Brian Larrabure, Trustee and former Chairman of the Board, and Craig Grantham, Executive Director, as we feel their leadership is not in the best interest of the progress and improvement of our road racing organization.

Recently we have seen the departure of several critical AHRMA team members, including Jim Korn (Trustee and Road Race Referee), Dewanna Comer (Road Race Director), Jennifer and Dan Thornton (Membership Directors), Greg Glevickey (previously involved in social media moderation) and Bill Doran ( Road Race Referee ). In addition, the organization has lost long-standing and supportive sponsors (Fast by Feracci), dismissed Mark Morrow (AHRMA Academy of Road Racing Instructor and Founder) and Daniel May (Road Race Planning Committee and Points Keeper), and imposed suspensions of multiple members of the racing community who have been vocally critical of the organization, all of which have contributed to growing concerns. These issues appear to have arisen from conflicts involving Craig Grantham and Brian Larrabure.

These occurrences resulted in lost opportunities, and a significant decline in members' trust in the organization and it’s leadership. Additionally, the financial losses incurred over the last year have raised serious concerns about the organization's stability and long term survival.

Furthermore, the organization is experiencing instability and uncertainty due to the recent departure of crucial road racing event volunteers and support staff. These individuals have made it clear that they cannot and will not continue working under the current leadership. Their absence could have severe consequences for the safe and efficient management of road races, especially with the appointment of a new road race director who has limited experience in directing the current program without the support of the previous key staff. Without the guidance and assistance of senior road race staff, there is a risk that this individual may be unable to perform their duties effectively, further compromising the safety of our members.

We, members of the AHRMA road racing community, urge you to demand the resignation of Brian Larrabure and Craig Grantham and bring in new leadership that prioritizes the club and its members' best interests while adhering to the organization's bylaws and principles. This action can help revitalize and restore the organization's integrity for the betterment of all involved, potentially allowing some of the exiled volunteers we desperately need to return.

Sincerely, the signed AHRMA members
