filwood and Verona house are due to be sold off for demolition along with three other plots of land creating over 2,000 homes which will cause mass amounts of traffic and cause a lack of parking affecting the local residents of the fishponds area.

this demolition would also affect the business that work in the site as they will have to try and relocate to places as big or bigger than their current placement. This will also affect the economic growth and development of fishponds. 

I myself has worked on the site and know for a fact that the buildings of filwood have not reached the end of their economic life as was said in a article
