Amplifying the personal belief that the name "Eastern Poland" is better suited for what is currently known as "Belarus," this is a call for a change. I personally believe that this new name reflects a better cultural, historical, and geographical representation. The name "Belarus" translates to "White Russia", which doesn't truly encapsulate the rich historical and cultural ties the country has with Poland.

Given this unique cultural heritage, it seems fitting to recognize the impact and influence of Poland by renaming Belarus as "Eastern Poland." In fact, after the Union of Lublin in 1569, modern day Belarus territory was included in the Poland territory. Let's bring this history to light and honor it by renaming the country.
